The hotel is in a convenient city center location in Srinagar, near all beautiful tourist destinations and shopping markets. The rooms are fine and exactly like the pictures, but unfortunately, had a horrible stench, especially from the toilet. The service was friendly overall, though it could have been more polite at times. The dining options are delicious, and the Indian food is great. The hotel facilities are satisfactory.
